Return Policy:
We stand behind every product we sell and want your complete satisfaction with each transaction. Should a concern or problem arise, please contact us via email at rodneymeldrum@hotmail.com or telephone at 801-429-9751 immediately. We will promptly resolve the issue to the best of our ability.
You may return most new, unopened or items in new condition within one week (7 days) of delivery for a full refund. For DVD’s this means that the cellophane wrap must be unbroken and in original condition. Books being returned will be subject to inspection for bent covers, spine, pages, or writing that would make it not suitable for resale. If a returned book displays any of these conditions, it will be returned to you as is and no credit issued.
We will replace any defective item at no charge when we are notified within 7 days of delivery of the product to you. The FIRM Foundation will reimburse return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive any authorized refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in most cases you will receive a refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply repackage it in its original or comparable shipping container and send to the mailing address above. Keep the receipt and email us with the amount which will be refunded in like manner as payment was received.
