We Must Pray for our Government

609

Just yesterday I posted about many in our US Military that are honorable and Christlike, and I called them God’s General’s. You are able to see from that blog that those higher up in the Joint Chiefs of Staff respect and honor our Constitutional rights. Now I find several articles that say just the opposite about some renegades in our Military that like Marxism and also information of our current President Biden disrespecting our Military. Remember we must learn and pray for the good of this world. We can’t just always expect our leaders to do what is right. Yesterday’s blog here

Moroni shares with us why having righteous leaders in our world and in our Military is critical. “For behold, a bitter fountain cannot bring forth good water; neither can a good fountain bring forth bitter water; wherefore, a man being a servant of the devil cannot follow Christ; and if he follow Christ he cannot be a servant of the devil. Wherefore, all things which are good cometh of God; and that which is evil cometh of the devil; for the devil is an enemy unto God, and fighteth against him continually, and inviteth and enticeth to sin, and to do that which is evil continually. But behold, that which is of God inviteth and enticeth to do good continually; wherefore, every thing which inviteth and enticeth to do good, and to love God, and to serve him, is inspired of God. Moroni 7:11-13

There is also some great news. The Supreme Court unanimously rejected the Biden administration arguments in a case from Rhode Island that police should be allowed to enter homes without a warrant to seize handguns. Article at the end of this blog.

“The Long Gray Line has never failed us. Were you to do so, a million ghosts in olive drab, in brown khaki, in blue and gray, would rise from their white crosses thundering those magic words, Duty—Honor—Country.”

WARNING: Military Officers Supporting And Enabling Marxism In DoD Will Face Accountability

by L Todd Wood May 17, 2021

U.S. military officers betraying their oath to the Constitution, and supporting, even just enabling the Marxist infiltration currently underway in the Department of Defense, need to be fully aware the Nuremberg defense will not hold up in a courts martial.

“I was just following orders,” is not going to cut it, when those orders command the destruction of the nation you swore to defend, against foreign and DOMESTIC enemies.

Every lie will be revealed.

You will be held accountable, eventually.

With the removal from command of Lt Col Lohmeier, USAF, for eloquently warning of this infiltration in his book Irresistible Revolution, there is no longer any doubt about what is happening. There is no longer any place to hide.

By supporting the racist ideology, the cultural Marxism of critical race theory, being pushed by our enemy in Beijing — the Chinese Communist Party — you are committing treason against the American people.

You will pay the price for this diabolical deception.

For the life of me, I cannot understand why more officers are not stepping up, and speaking out.

Do you have no courage?

Do you have no honor?

Are you being paid?

Are you worried about your career, so you turn a blind eye while the current Marxist military leadership destroys the greatest republic in the history of mankind?

The U.S. military used to held to a higher moral ground. Not any more. You are squandering the legacy of millions who died before you defending our beloved republic.

There are no more excuses. Live up to your oath, or face the eventual wrath of America. CD Media

Biden quietly reverses order to lower flag in honor of police; offers reason, but not publicly

May 17, 2021 | Tom Tillison

The Biden administration ended up with egg on its face over a snafu involving the American flag.

Adding to the confusion, the White House tried to quietly rectify what was reported as an oversight in an apparent attempt to avoid embarrassment — seems it’s always the coverup that gets ’em — instead of going on record to own the blunder.

President Joe Biden had ordered flags on Saturday to be flown at half-staff in honor of law enforcement, only to suddenly reissue a proclamation on Friday ordering the flags to be flown at full-staff. Given that Biden appears to be controlled by the radical left faction of his party, who are notably anti-police, the move raised plenty of eyebrows.“To Be A ‘Good Liberal’ Is To Surrender Your Safety, Your Sanity, Your Wellbeing.”PauseNext video1:10 / 25:47SettingsVoltaxFull-screen

While it’s not a stretch to think that Biden was pressured to reverse the initial call to lower the flags in observance of Peace Officers Memorial Day, which honors officers killed or injured in the line of duty, turns out Saturday was also Armed Forces Day.

Falling on the third Saturday in May, Armed Forces Day mandates that flags be flown at full staff — U.S. Code states: “The flag shall be flown at half-staff on Peace Officers Memorial Day, unless that day is also Armed Forces Day.”

In reporting on the fiasco, The Washington Post cited a White House official who was not authorized to speak publicly, who called the fumble a “once-in-a-decade” thing.

“This weekend is a once-in-a-decade scenario based on the flag code. As a result, flag code dictates that the flags should not be lowered today,” the anonymous source told the Post. “The president stands by the message of his proclamation and his longtime commitment to working with law enforcement to build safer communities.”

Of course, by failing to be upfront about what appears to be an honest mistake, and considering the Democratic Party’s current disposition toward law enforcement, the administration drew immediate scorn — rightfully so.

Former White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany tweeted: “In case you had any question as to where President Biden stands on police, now you know.”

“Earlier this week Joe Biden announced that flags would be flown at Half Staff tomorrow to honor the men & women in blue who died in the line of duty,” tweeted U.S. Rep. Brian Mast, R-Fla. “Today he ‘Friday news dumped’ that he’d changed his mind: in his opinion, they aren’t worthy of lowering the flags. Unacceptable!”

Mast’s tweet caught the eye of U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, who called the decision “bizarre.”

New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu called Biden’s sudden change “outrageous” in a series of tweets posted on Friday.

“Late tonight Joe Biden quietly tried to reverse his Peace Officers Memorial Day Proclamation, hoping no one would notice they are no longer calling for flags to fly at Half Staff across the USA honoring our men women in blue,” the Republican governor said. “This is outrageous and precedent breaking.

“On May 10th, the Biden Administration announced in a release flags would be flying at Half Staff across the country to honor our heroes on the front line. Tonight, in the eleventh hour, the Biden Administration is now no longer calling for flags to fly at Half Staff,” he continued.

Sununu went on to say that New Hampshire “will continue to honor the men and women who have died or been injured in the line of duty by flying flags at Half Staff on Peace Officers Memorial Day as we have always done, and as is right.”

When the governor learned of the reported reason Saturday, he faulted Biden for not offering a public explanation for the decision.

“The fact remains that it was a disrespectful act by the president to reverse his directive to lower flags at 6 p.m. the night before, without even an explanation to law enforcement or their families who were expecting for their losses to be honored today, and with no reference made at all to Armed Forces Day,” Sununu said, according to the Associated Press. Supreme Court Unanimously Rebuffs Biden Administration on Warrantless Searches for Handguns

BY MATTHEW VADUM May 17, 2021 Updated: May 17, 2021

The Supreme Court unanimously rejected Biden administration arguments in a case from Rhode Island that police should be allowed to enter homes without a warrant to seize handguns.

The ruling in the case, Caniglia v. Strom, court file 20-157, came May 17.

Erich Pratt, Senior Vice President of Gun Owners of America and the affiliated Gun Owners Foundation, praised the new decision.

“The Supreme Court today smacked down the hopes of gun grabbers across the nation,” Pratt said.

“The Michael Bloombergs of the world would have loved to see the Supreme Court grant police the authority to confiscate firearms without a warrant. But the Supreme Court unanimously ruled that the Fourth Amendment protections in the Bill of Rights protect gun owners from such invasions into their homes.”

We Love the Constitution

“This was the place of three former civilizations: Adam’s, the Jaredite, and the Nephite. This was also the place where our Heavenly Father and his Son, Jesus Christ, appeared to Joseph Smith inaugurating this great and last dispensation. The Lord has also decreed that this land should be “the place of the New Jerusalem, which should come down out of heaven, . . . the holy sanctuary of the Lord” (Ether 13:3). Here is our nation’s destiny! To serve God’s eternal purposes and to prepare this land and people for America’s eventual destiny, he “established the Constitution of this land, by the hands of wise men whom [he] raised up unto this very purpose, and redeemed the land by the shedding of blood” (D&C 101:80).
