James F. Stoddard III- We Love Him!

1603

“For those who do not know, my dad passed away on Monday, September 6, 2021, after quite the courageous battle with stage 4 lung cancer. The funeral will be this Saturday at our ward building in Salem Utah for those who would like to attend (there will also be a live stream option). My dad was known far and wide for his love for the scriptures, for the Prophet Joseph Smith and his tireless consecrated life to lift those around him. I never saw him take a day to indulge in any selfish pursuit. His drive and passion to help others inspired my siblings and I with a faith, vision and legacy that will continue for generations. We will miss him terribly but rejoice knowing that he is free from pain and busily engaged in a great work on the other side!” ❤️ Hannah Stoddard

A few words from Rian Nelson
What Hannah has said above is all I need to say about the life of James Stoddard. He is a special man, and even in death he will bless the lives of his family and many of us. Please be mindful of this wonderful family and know that a young but mature Hannah, age 25 will be a huge support. May we love and support her and her siblings however we can.

The FIRM Foundation with Rod and Tonya Meldrum, and all of it’s friends and employees, offer their most sincere condolences. James is a true Father, Saint and Friend who has raised a wonderful family and left an extraordinary legacy of love.
